Yes, all buffets come with plates, napkins and forks as well as appropriate serving utensils. Grab & Go items come with napkins and forks
No, there is no minimum order size for pick up, however there is a $100 minimum to deliver
We can do same day orders for lunch and dinner deliveries with a 3 hour advance notice. Breakfast orders will need to be placed by 5pm the day prior

Any order canceled the day of delivery will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the order total

Delivery is available daily from 7AM – 9PM
We deliver locally within Austin and surrounding areas. If the delivery area is outside of a 15 mile radius of the closest location to your event, there is a possibility of delivery with a mileage fee
Yes, you can pick up at any of our locations nearest you during our hours of operation daily from 10:30AM – 10PM
Yes, each order has set up included with delivery
Yes, gratuity is appreciated for our crew and drivers. The delivery fee does not go to the drivers
There is an auto-gratuity of 10% on all orders.
Chi’Lantro does not currently provide staff or event rentals. We would be happy to recommend some full-service caterers and event rental companies if you’d like
While we no longer cook on our truck, we can offer private events with pre-packaged meals
No, all food served from the truck must be prepared at our restaurants. Pre-packaged meals allow our line to move much quicker than if cooked on site and has worked very well for many events. We typically recommend 3-4 items for your guest to choose from
There is a $1,000 food and beverage minimum per hour
There is a one-time location fee of $300 if your event begins before 6PM or $600 if your event begins after 6PM. We also include an auto-gratuity of 10% on truck events. You do have the option to add more gratuity, if you would like to do so

You will earn 1 point per $1.25 spent, after discounts and prior to tax.

No, points are only earned when you are registered and you scan your QR Code within the Chi’Lantro app or provide your mobile phone number associated with your account.
Each guest can only have one Chi’Lantro Rewards account. If Chi’Lantro, LLC discovers abuse of the program, Chi’Lantro reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts and is not responsible for rewards or points pertaining to the suspended or deleted accounts.

Giftcards
Gift cards are available at all Chi’Lantro restaurants. Gift cards are also available online and can be redeemed at any location in-store, on our website or mobile app. Chi’Lantro gift cards purchased through any other web site may be fraudulent. We cannot guarantee validity for cards purchased through any means other than those listed.

– From Your Receipt: the 16-digit gift-card number, restaurant or retail store where it was purchased, date of purchase, amount added to the card at the time of purchase.
– Additional Information: restaurant where redemption failed, date on which the card failed.
Cards are treated like cash and unfortunately, we cannot replace them.

You can stop by any of our store and place an order in person, or call and place it over the phone. We also office online order on our website, mobile app & 3rd party partners.
Yes, we deliver! When you place an order throught our website, our delivery partner DoorDash or Favor will deliver your order
When you submit an order, it’s sent directly to our restaurant team to be prepared. That makes canceling orders a challenge. If you really must cancel, and you’ve ordered directly through our website or mobile app reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] or contact the store directly.. If you ordered through a 3rd party partner, check your confirmation email to contact their team directly. Keep in mind that you may incur a cancelation fee.
